How it works
Here's a brief outline of how athmail works. We are always on hand if you have any queries or require our assistance.
Design templates that work
First chose one of our template packages to suit your needs. We will then build a bespoke design to match your business/website. This is a one off process unless your business requires multiple templates such as a newsletter, product range, event information, member offers or letterhead styles.
Create a campaign
Give your campaign an easily identifiable name, subject line and sender information. Select one of your pre-designed email templates and add content using the powerful simple editor. Why not add a little personalisation and dynamically include your subscribers first name.
Manage your mailing list
Select which subscriber list or multiple lists you wish to send your email campaign to. If a subscriber resides in more than than one of your lists athmail will detect this and only send them one email. If you have created segments to target specific groups of subscribers then you can select those as well.
Send your campaign
Send yourself a test email to check your content and links - it's free so test it as much as you want with your colleagues. Now select whether to send the email campaign immediately or schedule for a future date and time. Enter your credit/debit card details and you're done. If you schedule for a future date you can amend or cancel this at any time - you will not be charged until the email campaign is sent out.
View your reports
Immediately after sending your email campaign you can start viewing your realtime reports to see who is opening it, clicking links, forwarding it to their friends, liking it on Facebook or mentioning it on Twitter. Compare campaigns, spot trends or simply have a look to see which email clients and mobile devices your subscribers are using. Reports track continuously, so come back any time.
